Throughout the process of what turned out to be a prolonged search for the perfect home, Eric remained a calm, upbeat and patient advisor. Though the search for the right home did involve looking at multiple listings and deliberations, he remained a trusted and impartial advisor informing us of the relative merits and potential drawbacks of each property we considered to ensure that nothing went overlooked. Eric made it clear that he wouldn't be happy selling us anything that we'd be short of delighted with.

When it came time to sell our home, he made every effort to ensure that our house would sell quickly- he immediately provided us with a list of priorities to increase the appeal of our home and brought in a stager and photographer to ensure it would show in its best light! He advised us of how he was marketing our home and told us how things were progressing. Without his coaching throughout this process, I'm sure that selling our home wouldn't have been as efficient or resulted in multiple offers above our asking price! Would (& have) recommended him to friends and family!

I had the pleasure of working with  Eric on both the purchase and sale of my first home! Initially, I was overwhelmed by the fast-pace of Winnipeg's real estate market, but he was careful to explain and guide me through each step of the process. Eric helped us buy our first home. One of my fears going into the process was getting overwhelmed by how to choose a house, how much to pay for a it and how to know it would be the right one. Eric helped to dispel those fears quickly by sitting us down to make sure we knew what to expect before we had even started looking. It was reassuring to receive honest and realistic information that was also encouraging and hopeful. As we went to view different houses Eric was very available and quick to respond. It really felt like he was doing more than just a job - he was also invested in our future home.
